Athens, September 17, 2026 — MOTODYNAMICS Group is proud to announce another significant distinction, having been included in Great Place To Work®’s European Best Small & Medium Workplaces list for the third consecutive year.
This year’s list features 100 organizations, selected following a survey of more than 1.5 million employees on their workplace experience, together representing more than 2.4 million employees across Europe. Of these, 260,000 responses came from employees at companies that met the eligibility criteria for this particular list, and this year’s ranking is based on those responses.
To be eligible for the list, companies must have previously been recognized at national level through the relevant Best Workplaces™ Lists in their respective countries. In addition, they must be Great Place To Work Certified™ and employ between 50 and 499 people in Europe.
This recognition is based on anonymous data from employee surveys, which assess their experience across key areas such as trust, innovation, corporate values, and leadership. The ranking also takes into account the number of employees based in Europe, as well as a comparative view of employee experience across different European markets.
“Congratulations to the companies recognized on the Best Small & Medium Workplaces in Europe list,” said Michael C. Bush, Global CEO of Great Place To Work. “From across the European continent, these companies enjoy the highest levels of trust from their people and, as a result, achieve higher levels of agility, innovation, and performance.”
