Established in the late 1960s and listed on the Athens Stock Exchange since 2005, the Company has evolved into a diversified organization representing Yamaha in Greece, Romania, and Bulgaria; Porsche and SIXT in Greece; NIO in Greece, Cyprus, and Bulgaria; as well as Toyota in the prefecture of Achaia and the Cyclades as an official dealer.

The Group is listed on the ESG index of the Athens Stock Exchange and has been recognized as Best Workplaces™ Hellas 2025, as well as among the European Best Workplaces 2025.
