Established in the late 1960s and listed on the Athens Stock Exchange since 2005, the Company has evolved into a diversified organization representing Yamaha in Greece, Romania, and Bulgaria; Porsche and SIXT in Greece; NIO in Greece, Cyprus, and Bulgaria; as well as Toyota in the prefecture of Achaia and the Cyclades as an official dealer.

NIO, through its exclusive representation by the MOTODYNAMICS Group, has inaugurated the first NIO House in Greece, a multifunctional space that brings together premium electric mobility, technology, culture and human experience.

As part of the Memorandum of Cooperation signed between the MOTODYNAMICS Group and the Athens University of Economics and Business, fourth-year students of the Advertising Laboratory, under the supervision of Professor Andreas Evangelatos, undertook as an academic project the development of a comprehensive communication plan for the brand NIO, which was introduced to the Greek market in November 2025.
