With love for mobility and development as its driving forces, MOTODYNAMICS S.A. is the official exclusive dealer of YAMAHA MOTOR Co. Ltd. in Greece, Romania and Bulgaria, and of PORSCHE AG and SIXT in Greece. Its activities also include MOTODIKTIO with three vertical Yamaha units and the www.motodirect.gr e-shop. The Group thus offers an integrated 360 sales and services experience.
It employs, as a whole, a team of more than 292 trained professionals who focus on the needs of each customer, individually, while at the same time having a high sense of responsibility, towards the partner network, the shareholders, as well as the wider consumer public.
With the Group’s sales increasing dynamically and amounting to EUR 132 million in 2022, and with our relocation to the new, state-of-the-art facilities in Maroussi, we are all working together in a coordinated and even more effective way, constantly raising the bar and setting even higher goals every day.

Executive Directors
He holds a BA degree with honors (Cum Laude) in Philosophy, Politics, Economics (PPE) from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA, USA and an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School in Cambridge, MA, USA. From 2005 to 2007 he was a Junior Associate with the Boston Consulting Group in Vienna, Austria. From 2010 to 2015 was the General Manager of FiberLean, Filtration & Performance Additives Business Group of IMERYS S.A. based in Paris. From 2016 to 2020 he led FiberLean Technologies Ltd., based in St. Austell, Cornwall, UK. In 2013 he was elected Director, and in 2015 he was elected Executive Chairman of the Board of Motodynamics S.A. Since January 1, 2023, he assumed the role of Chairman and CEO of Motodynamics SA. In 2021 he was elected Director and member of the Strategy Committee of Imerys S.A., a company listed on the French stock exchange. From 2013 to 2018 and since 2022 has served as Director at the ALBA Association. Since 2021 he serves as a Director at Junior Achievement Greece. He is a member of YPO Aegean/Macedonia Chapter since 2018 and a member of the Board since 2022.
He studied Political Science and obtained a Master’s degree from the University of Boston. He also holds a BSc in Economics, Bentley University, USA. Since 2005 he has been a member of the Social Affairs Committee (SAC) and a member of Aerospace & Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD). He has been a Member of the Board of Directors of ELEFSIS’ SHIPBUILDING AND INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES S.A. and of SYROS SHIPBUILDING AND INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES S.A., as well as a CEO of ELEFSIS’ SHIPBUILDING AND INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES S.A. He also served as a Director of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) from 2002 until 2008 (Treasurer from 2006 until 2008). From 2003 until 2007, he was a Board member of the Professional Chamber of the Enterprise Policy Group, European Commission. He is a member of the Board of Directors of MOTODYNAMICS S.A. since 2007.

Non-Executive Directors
She studied Agricultural Economy in England. She worked at VARANGIS S.A., in the retail sales departments and served as Head of After-Sales Service. For a period of two years, she was a Director of the Company. In 1985 she switched to the ready-made clothing sector, starting at ENDYMATOPOIITIKI S.A. where she was responsible for the design, manufacturing and retail sales of THE BOSTONIANS brand. When the national distribution of THE BOSTONIANS brand was taken over by SPORTSMAN, where she was also a Board Director, she remained at the retail sales division which was also handling other brands owned by the company. She moved on to NOTOS COM HOLDINGS, where she developed the retail branch network for the branded collections represented by the Group in Romania, Skopje and Kosovo. She was also responsible for the group’s retail shops in Greece, mainly those operating in shopping malls. She is currently involved in the creation of quality branded agricultural products and their distribution networks. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Motodynamics S.A. since 2012.
He is a Graduate of Cambridge University (M.A. Engineering & Management) and London Business School (M.Sc. in Finance). From 1997 to 1999, he worked as an analyst at Alpha Finance, dealing with corporate finance, company listings and acquisitions/mergers. In 1999 he returned to Cyprus to join his family business, P.M. Tseriotis Group. The Group’s companies employ approximately 500 people in three areas of activity: Automotive (Unicars Ltd, Uniwheels Car Rental Ltd.), Consumer Products FMCG (Tryfon Tseriotis Ltd, Unilever PMT Ltd, Unilever Tseriotis Cyprus Ltd), IT & Telecommunications (Pylones Hellas SA, Mellon Cyprus Ltd, Omnitouch Ltd). He was initially involved in the Group’s strategy and business development, as well as in the development of the IT & Telecommunications division. In 2002 he was appointed CEO of Unicars Ltd and remained in this position until 2017. Since then, he has undertaken the management of the group as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at the parent company P.M. Tseriotis Ltd. In his career he has served as President of the Association of Importers of Motor Vehicles, as well as a Board member in a number of listed companies in Cyprus, in charities and at the Cyprus University of Technology. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Motodynamics S.A. since 2021.
He is a graduate Electrical Engineer (NTUA) specializing in Production Engineering and holds a Master of Science in Business Research, University of Lancaster (UK). He has many years of auditing experience in numerous companies in Greece and abroad. His areas of interest include business audits, financial audits, compliance audits, corporate governance, risk management and implementation of internal audit systems. Prior to joining the multinational S&B Group as Internal Audit Manager where he worked for approximately 20 years, he held various administrative and managerial positions in Peiraiki-Patraiki S.A. as Production Engineer and in Hellenic Technology and Structures S.A. as Project Manager and later as Management Director. He is the founder and shareholder of AKAMAI CONSULTING SERVICES PRIVATE COMPANY (ΙΚΕ), active member of the Board of Directors of Real Estate Management companies (AKROTIRIO TRAHILAS TRIA S.A. and PROPERTY COMPANY ΤWO S.A. – Chairman of the Board of Directors, PROPERTY COMPANY ONE S.A. – Athens14 – CEO) and companies in the field of Hospitality (OMIROU SPV 1 S.A., OMIROU SPV 2 S.A., OMIROU SPV 4 S.A. – Member of the Board of Directors). He is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of MOTODYNAMICS S.A. since 2020.
He was the CEO of MOTODYNAMICS S.A. from January 2008 until December 2022. Since January 2023 he is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors . From March 2021 to March 2022, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the then newly established Hellenic Association of Motorcycle Importers. From 2017 to 2020, he served as Chairman of the steering committee, Motorcycle Division, of the Association of Motor Vehicle Importers-Representatives (AMVIR). From 1994 to 2007 he worked at S&B Group INDUSTRIAL MINERALS SA (formerly Silver & Baryte Ores Mining Company SA), where in recent years he was the Group’s Chief Financial Officer. He has also worked in England for the multinational industrial gas group AIR PRODUCTS PLC as Manager, European Treasury Operations. For a number of years, he has also taught at the Athens Laboratory of Business Administration (ALBA), in the “Mergers & Acquisitions” course of the Professional MBA program. He graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with distinction in Economics and Management. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Manchester Business School.

Independent Non-Executive Directors
He has worked for thirty years in various positions in the Shipbuilding and Mining industry. He joined the executive team of S&B Industrial Minerals in 1990 and over the course of 25 years held leadership roles in various sectors of the Group. He completed his professional career in 2015, holding the position of CEO of the S&B Industrial Minerals Group, a position he held for four years. Since then, his investment interests have focused on disruptive technologies, while simultaneously guiding business executives to successfully address their challenges. He holds BSc/MSc degrees in Maritime Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD. He is an independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Motodynamics S.A. since 2020 and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors since 24.06.2021.
He works for Hellman & Friedman, a private equity company. From 2010 to 2019 he worked for the multinational brewer Carlsberg, where he served as CEO in Sweden (2016-2019), in markets of Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao (2014-2016) and was previously responsible for the Group’s Strategic Planning, based in Denmark. From 2004 to 2010 he worked at McKinsey & Company, based in Boston, where for the last 2 years he served as an Associate Principal with an emphasis on consumer products and Private Equity. He also worked as a mechanical engineer at General Electric Aircraft Engines and Power Systems in the USA. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Department of Mechanical Engineering University of Georgia Tech and MIT respectively. He holds an Executive MBA degree from INSEAD. In addition to the Motodynamics Board of Directors, he is a Board member of Autoscout24, the largest European online car ad website. He is an independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Motodynamics S.A. since 2018.
She is the Chief Executive Officer of Attica Bank since September 2022 and has more than 20years international experience in the banking industry, specializing in the areas of Investments, Corporate and Commercial Banking. Prior to her present position, she held the role of Chief Strategy and Investor Relations Officer for Lamda Development. From April 2019 to April 2022 she served as the Executive General Manager, Chief of Corporate and Investment Banking at Piraeus Bank Group and, she has also acted as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Piraeus Factors S.A, Piraeus Leasing and Piraeus Leases, as well as a Director for ETVA Industrial Development Zones. Before that, she had worked for 14 years at HSBC Bank Plc (“HSBC”) in Greece and United Kingdom. In her most recent role at HSBC, she was a Managing Director and Head of Wholesale Banking Greece, while prior to that, she had served as the Head of Multinationals and Business Development for HSBC in CEE, CIS, Mediterranean and SubSaharan Africa regions. Prior to HSBC, she had worked for Greek and foreign financial institutions in Athens and New York in the fields of Credit and Risk Management and Investment Banking (M&A). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Motodynamics S.A. since 2022.
He is an experienced senior executive with a 40-year career in world-class organizations, spanning more than 30 years in top management roles. From 2012 until the end of 2023 he served as the Managing Director for TEMES SA, which is one of the biggest developments in the hospitality and real estate sector in Southwest Europe. From 2006 to 2011 he was the CEO of REGENCY ENTERTAINMENT SA. He also served as Managing Director for DIAGEO SA, a leader company in the global spirits market, being responsible for a diverse group of 18 markets. Mr Theodoridis has chaired and participated in Boards of Directors either as an executive or non-executive member in a wide range of significant companies in Greece and abroad, and has served as a board member on the Boards of Directors of Public Power Company SA, Giochi Preziosi SA and IOBE. Mr Stefanos Theodoridis holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Athens and has attended Executive Development Programs from London Business School and INSEAD Business School.
He is a business consultant with an extensive experience in acquisitions and mergers, strategy development and restructuring. He is also a Director of PLAISIO S.A., ELTRAK SA, Cyprus Development Bank Ltd and the Greek Foundation for Economic & Industrial Research (IOBE). He is also Chairman of the Investment Committee at LATSCO Family Office. Konstantinos Mitropoulos has served in many positions of administration and responsibility. From July 2019 until November 2020, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of ATTICA BANK. From 2013 until June 2019, he was Executive Director of PwC in Greece, responsible for the development of the Advisory division. In 2017 and 2018 he was also CEO of PQH Single Special Liquidation S.A., which has undertaken the liquidation of 16 Greek banks. From July 2011 until August 2012, he was the first Chief Executive Officer of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF). From September 2008 to July 2011, he was Executive President of Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. and Head of Global Equity Investment Banking, Brokerage & Private Equity of Eurobank EFG Group which has a presence in Greece, Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria and Serbia. He was the founder in 1989 and, until 2008, Executive President of the Board of Directors of KANTOR Business Consultants S.A., one of the largest business consultancies in Greece, with offices in Brussels, Warsaw, Bucharest and Sofia. He started his career as a business consultant at Coopers & Lybrand in England. Costas Mitropoulos has served as a Director of Hellenic Bank Association, HELEX, NIKAS S.A., LogicDIS S.A. and CLR Financial Services Ltd in Cyprus. He was a member of the Global Advisory Council of London Business School for many years, Vice-President of the British Hellenic Chamber and the Entrepreneurship Club and since 2017 he is co-chair of the British Hellenic Symposium. He is an electrical engineer and an NTUA graduate with postgraduate studies in business administration and economics; he also holds an MSc from the Imperial College and a PhD from the London Business School. He has published articles in scientific journals on energy and strategy and numerous articles in trade journals and newspapers. He is the author of the book “Privatizations in Greece: the end of a road?”. He is an independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Motodynamics S.A. since 2021.
Chairperson of the Board of Directors at the Hellenic Institute for Occupational Health and Safety (ELINYAE), the body established by social partners (SEV, GSEE, GSEVEE, ESEE, SETE) on health and safety issues. For a number of years, she has been an HR executive in various companies. Head of Labour Relations and Social Policy, as well as Director of the Human Resources Department of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) for 15 years. She was a member of the Governing Board of the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living Conditions (EUROFOUND), the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (CEDEFOP), the Manpower Employment Organization (OAED), the Workers’ Housing Organization, the Mediation and Arbitration Organization (OMED) and the Greek Network for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR Hellas). For a number of years, she was a representative of the Greek employers’ group in the work of international organizations (ILO-IOE), as well as various committees in Greece and the EU. Special Advisor to the Mayor of Athens in 1990. Member of the Board of the Foundation for the Protection and Rehabilitation of Children and Young People with Mental Disability “Theotokos”. She studied Law and Political Sciences at the University of Athens and the Democritus University of Thrace. Postgraduate studies in Administrative Science. Special training in Change Management, as well as in Human Resources Management and Development. She is an independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Motodynamics S.A. since 2021.
She is an experienced insurance professional and certified actuary (FIA), member of the Institute & Faculty of Actuaries of Great Britain with 20 years of experience in the Greek and international insurance industry. She has many years of experience in developing and managing teams in large actuarial valuation, pricing projects and experience in M&A projects in Greek and European insurance groups. She has served a) from March 2016 until today, as General Manager of the Technical Division of Life and General Insurance, executive member of the Board of Directors of Eurolife FFH and member of the Board of Directors for the subsidiaries of the group in Romania, b) from January 2011 to February 2016, as Insurance and Actuarial Leader at PwC (Head of PwC’s newly established actuarial department for actuarial services to life insurance companies and general insurance in Greece, Cyprus and the Middle East). She started her career at Watson Wyatt Ltd in London, where from September 2001 to May 2010 as a London-based consultant she was a member of actuarial teams to serve insurance companies in the UK, Europe, Greece, Cyprus and Turkey in M&A, actuarial modelling and compliance projects. She is an independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Motodynamics S.A. since 2023.

Organization Structure
The Company is structured in four (4) individual business branches and four (4) executive divisions:
The Branch is involved in the wholesale sale of motorcycles and other vehicles, marine products, spare parts and accessories of YAMAHA MOTOR Co. in Greece. Product distribution is carried out through a network comprising 56 partners for land products and 87 partners for marine products. The Head of the Branch is responsible for the design and implementation of the Yamaha Branch strategy. He/She designs, monitors and reviews all commercial activities (purchasing, network development, sales, marketing, after-sales). This Branch is also responsible for overseeing the Group’s operations in Romania and Bulgaria, where its subsidiaries are official importers of Yamaha Motor Co. In addition, he/she is responsible for designing and implementing the strategic plan for operations development in Romania and Bulgaria

The Branch is involved in the wholesale and retail sale of PORSCHE AG automotive products (cars, spare parts and accessories) on the Greek market. Porsche cars are sold through the Company’s two vertical units (Porsche Centers: sales of vehicles, spare parts and workshop services) in Metamorfosi, Attica and Thessaloniki, as well as through a vertical unit operated by a Dealer in Glyfada. The Head of the Branch is responsible for the design and implementation of the Porsche Branch strategy. He/She designs, monitors and reviews all commercial activities (purchasing, sales, marketing, after-sales).
The Branch operates in the Greek market through its subsidiary, Lion Rental S.A., as an exclusive franchisee of Sixt GmbH, providing short-term and long-term vehicle leasing services. This line of business is supported by a privately owned network of 14 rental stations throughout Greece. The Head of the Branch is responsible for the design and implementation of the appropriate commercial policy, the effective operation and further development of the rental stations, the appropriate configuration of the vehicle fleet.
The Chief Financial Officer plays a pivotal role in executing the Company’s business plan by ensuring the availability of financial resources in Greece and abroad (Romania and Bulgaria) for all Group operations. It coordinates and supervises all the Group’s financial operations and covers all financial reporting needs within and outside the Group.
The head of the IT Division contributes to the success of the Group’s business plan through the elaboration and implementation of the Group IT infrastructure strategy. He/she designs and monitors the implementation of applications and systems in all Group divisions and central departments in Greece and abroad, aiming at covering all their technological needs. He/she is also responsible for system and information security in all applications and systems.
The Head of the Division assists in the execution of the Group’s business plan by designing and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining human capital in Greece and abroad. The main aspects of the head’s role include the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Human Resources programs and systems (selection procedure, performance evaluation, knowledge and skills development and handling of labour relations).
The Head of the Division contributes to the execution of the Group’s business plan by shaping, and strengthening its corporate image. His main task is to design and implement the communication program addressed to various audiences within and outside the Group by effectively managing all communication channels.
