The cooperation focuses on the creation of a comprehensive framework that strengthens cutting‑edge specialties, such as:
- Technician of Engines and Systems of Conventional and Electric Automobile
- Technician of Electrical Systems of Conventional and Electric Automobiles
- Bodywork Technician
This strategic partnership aims to:
- ensure quality apprenticeship positions in the Group’s companies
- strengthen and modernize laboratory equipment

The Apprenticeship Vocational Schools (EPAS) of DYPA apply the dual education system, which combines theoretical and laboratory courses at the school with practical training in real working conditions.
Students aged 15–29, graduates of at least lower secondary school, have the opportunity to study free of charge for two years, to carry out paid and insured apprenticeship, and to benefit from housing and meal allowances, as well as from student leave and the possibility of postponing military service.
The Governor of DYPA, Gianna Chormova, stated the following:
The Public Employment Service (DYPA), recognizing the constantly increasing need of the labor market for specialized technicians, consistently invests in linking vocational education with employment. Through our cooperation with Motodynamics, we transform education into a meaningful experience that leads to professional integration.
By strengthening the specialties in the field of vehicle maintenance and repair, we offer our students the opportunity to be trained in modern technologies, to develop skills demanded by the labor market, and to acquire strong qualifications for their professional career.
DYPA continues systematically to invest in apprenticeship, to empower local communities, and to reinforce the connection of technical education with the labor market.
The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Motodynamics S.A., Paris Kyriakopoulos, stated the following:
Our cooperation with the Public Employment Service constitutes another step in the commitment of the Motodynamics Group to invest in the future of young people.
Our goal is to build bridges between education and the labor market, so that the future technicians of our sector acquire modern skills, meet the demands of the times, and evolve into professionals of high value.
In this way we contribute substantially to strengthening employment and to the development of the Greek economy.
