Yamaha Tenere 700 boosts volunteers’ operational readiness

As part of our strategy to strengthen organisations engaged in vital social work, our Group, through the Yamaha brand, donated a Ténéré 700 World Raid this year to the Civil Protection Volunteer Association of Agios Stefanos. This high-performance motorcycle is engineered to access hard-to-reach areas, enabling faster and safer response to emergencies.

This year’s initiative is yet another expression of a long-standing commitment. Three years ago, through its SIXT Greece brand and in partnership with Maxima Insurance, the Group offered the same Association a specially equipped pick-up vehicle, designed to operate under demanding conditions. This vehicle assisted the volunteers in fires, floods, snowfalls and other situation where immediate and effective intervention was required.

Supporting Volunteer Firefighters is a core pillar of our Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy. We invest in actions that enhance social resilience and environment protection, creating a safer and sustainable future for all.
