MOTODYNAMICS has acquired 100% of LION RENTAL S.A.

The Group proceeded with the signing of the final purchase agreement.

MOTODYNAMICS is  now the sole shareholder of its subsidiary company LION RENTAL, having acquired the subsidiary’s remaining 19.5% of its share capital.

Since the end of 2018, MOTODYNAMICS has owned 80.5% of LION RENTAL.   The transaction price was EUR 7.7 million.   LION RENTAL’s turnover in 2022 amounted to EUR 43.4 million and profit after tax to EUR 7 million.
