ADDAX RALLY 2026: A journey of experience, one step closer to the AFRICA ECO RACE!

Every great challenge calls for preparation. It takes a plan, a goal and, above all, the right experiences that bring you closer to what you dream of.

For MOTODYNAMICS RALLY TEAM and Kimon Karampelas, the ADDAX RALLY in Morocco was not just a race. It was a carefully planned step in their preparation, with one clear destination: the AFRICA ECO RACE!

At the ADDAX RALLY, Kimon raced with the support of MOTODYNAMICS RALLY TEAM, with Yamaha’s official factory racing team, Ténéré Yamaha Rally Team, right beside him.

In the Merzouga desert, Kimon came into real contact for the first time with the demands of riding on sand, dunes and desert navigation. Across the five stages of the ADDAX RALLY, he adapted every day to the particular conditions of the race and gradually raised his performance. Despite the bad luck of stage 3, he came back strongly, delivering his best performance on stage 4 and finishing 10th overall!

His participation in the ADDAX RALLY was an important step in his racing development. Along with valuable navigation know-how, new experiences and unique images from the desert, he returns with even greater drive and determination for the next challenge.

With the support of MOTODYNAMICS RALLY TEAM, Kimon is getting ready to race in the AFRICA ECO RACE on the Yamaha Ténéré GYTR, once again under the tents of Ténéré Yamaha Rally Team.
