MOTODYNAMICS – Announcement of Half-Year Financial Statements
Motodynamics closed the first half of 2025 with a 12.7% increase in turnover, with sales amounting to €97 million.
Sales of motorcycles and marine products (Yamaha) reached €50.9 million, an increase of 7.2%. The picture was similar for Porsche's activity, with sales amounting to €25.2 million, an increase of 10.3%. The car rental activity (Sixt) also shows growth, with rental revenues of €16.8 million, an increase of 6.8%.
Our new activity Autodirect contributed €4.1 million to the Group's turnover.
Gross profit amounted to €17.3 million, an increase of 10.7%, while operating profit amounted to €4.1 million, a marginal increase of 1.3%, with Profit after Tax amounting to €2.1 million, an increase of 5.7%.

Investments in the growth of Sixt's car fleet, the establishment of Autodirect and the increased working capital needs of our trading activities led to an increase in non-current assets (excluding the effect of IFRS 16) to €103.4 million.

The Chairman and CEO, Mr Paris Kyriacopoulos, stated:
«The Group is recording a positive course in all areas of activity.
Yamaha maintains its momentum, gaining share in a market that continues to grow. Porsche is showing growth rates higher than those of the market in which it operates, with the Macan maintaining a leading position in the luxury electric SUV category. SIXT is moving upwards, despite the pressures caused by intense price competition. Autodirect started with a dynamic presence in Patras and Syros, exceeding our initial estimates. NIO is expected to begin its activity in the fourth quarter of the year.
For the full year, we anticipate double-digit growth in sales.
Despite the positive indications, we remain vigilant, closely monitoring geopolitical and economic developments, with the aim of adapting in good time to possible changes in demand.»
