In the midst of yet another challenging wildfire season, Humanity Greece continues to strengthen its operational readiness, with the MOTODYNAMICS Group standing firmly by its side.
This partnership spans several years, with MOTODYNAMICS consistently supporting the organisation’s work by providing a fleet of vehicles and backing field operations. This vital support ensures the swift transport of humanitarian aid and essential supplies to areas affected by natural disasters.
Since the start of this partnership, Humanity Greece has carried out more than 130 emergency responses across the country, supporting over 13,200 beneficiaries. During last year’s wildfire season alone, the organisation was deployed to assist with more than 35 wildland fires, including in Vari, Koropi, Keratea, Elis, and Achaea, covering a total distance of over 12,800 kilometres.
Today, Humanity Greece’s Volunteer Centre in Metaxourgeio remains on constant alert. Fully trained volunteers prepare daily to assisy those facing the hardships of wildfires, floods, and other crises, while the centre keeps its doors open to anyone wishing to lend a helping hand.
